Time management = cost
Cost is another super important thing in any construction project. It is said that time equals money, and nowhere is that more true than in construction. Managing time is critical and planning for it is key. While classic project management tools with the Gantt chart do a good job for planning, they do a really poor job tracking the execution of the plan.
